Michael A. Jacks is an attorney who is licensed to practice law in the state courts of West Virginia and Pennsylvania, and is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.  Mr. Jacks has been practicing law since 2009, and he began his career as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Thomas A. Bedell, Circuit Judge, in Harrison County, West Virginia.  After working as a law clerk, with a primary focus on civil litigation, Mr. Jacks worked for a firm that focused on mass tort litigation and settlement administration, both in class actions and aggregate cases.

Mr. Jacks has significant experience in litigation and remedial measures for cases involving environmental hazards.

Education

Mr. Jacks graduated from West Virginia University in 2005, Magna cum laude, and from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2009 where he served on the Moot Court and finished ranked in the top 15% of his class.
